The service and the stay was good. The service provided in the restaurant was also good in terms of check in and checkout. Helped us to get scooty and car also. Just one thing, my husband got the spa done and the lady at the reception said it will be charged at Rs. X including the taxes but later, when we paid the bill the hotel reception was adamant that it is exclusive of taxes. We called the person from spa and even he said it’s okay.
We will accept with the earlier started amount. However, the reception people were quite adamant.
